Ordering

Ordering your custom case from Rock Hard Road Cases is easy. Once you’ve decided what’s right for your needs, just give us a call or fill out our Order Form (located at the bottom of this page). If you need questions answered before placing your order, we will be pleased to hear from you.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or personal checks in payment. If paying by credit card, the entire order amount will be charged to the card when the order is placed, with the freight charged at time of shipment. If payment is to to be by check, an amount of 50% of the total is required to place the order and get your case into the production schedule. We will send you an acknowledgment and receipt for your deposit. When your case is ready for shipment, we will contact you with the balance due.

SHIPMENT:

Cases are often shipped by UPS (depending on size) and will be shipped by prepaid truck freight if required. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed to receipt of your case order. If you have a shorter time frame which is critical for you we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. In some instances, 2-3 day turnaround is possible and you can decide if you wish to pay for express freight service. Make sure to give us your correct shipping address and contact phone number.
