How do I order a case for my custom piece of equipment?
Just give us a call or send an e-mail. Tell us what type of equipment you have and its dimensions. Photos and diagrams are helpful. You can bring your equipment by the shop to be measured. Or we can come see you and measure equipment at your location. You can also fill out the form on our contact page for information or a quote.
Do you warranty your cases?
To the original purchaser, Rock Hard Cases warranties all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions, for the life of the case. Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use, abuse, accident, neglect or alteration, is not covered. Shipment to Rock Hard for repair under warranty is for the customer's account, return shipment to you will be at our expense. You should notify us before shipping a case to us for warranty repair. We can also repair any other case you may have, regardless of the original manufacturer.
Can I order my case in any color?
Rock Hard cases offers a wide variety of colors of ABS laminate. Black, red, blue, grey, white, yellow, light grey, purple, green, silver, orange, pink, light blue, and neon green. Also stucco aluminum. And a limited selection of colors in fiberglass, and lightweight panels. Also available, High quality Birch with Black Hexa Pattern.
What information do I need to provide to you if I wanted a case for new mixer?
We would need to know the make and model of the mixer. Dimensions are helpful. We would need to know the options you would like such as casters, any special case configuration, or a doghouse.
How do I place an order for a Guitar, Bass or Keyboard case?
We need to know the make and model of the instrument. For stringed instruments, we have a wide variety of templates for various instruments. If it’s an instrument we haven’t dealt with, we may require a tracing and some dimensions from the instrument. We would need to know if you want any special options such as additional storage or wheels. To place an order just call or e-mail.
How do I place an order for a Rack case?
There are many options for rack cases. Do you need a shockmounted or non-shockmounted case? How many rack spaces would you like? Do you need rear rack rail? Distance from front to real rack rail? How deep overall? Do you need the front or rear rack rail recessed? Do you want casters? Any special considerations such as venting?
Do you repair cases?
Yes, we can repair, refoam, or refurbish any of our cases, and any other manufacturers cases as well.
How long does it take to build a case once I place and order?
Typical turn around time is two weeks or sooner. We can do rush work depending on the current workload and deadlines already in progress.
