SALES:
Please review and inspect the specifications set forth on the Order Confirmation and notify Rock Hard Road Cases immediately if there are any changes needed. Upon receipt of your case, please inspect and notify Rock Hard Cases within 7 days regarding errors or damages to the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Rock Hard Cases, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions, for the life of the case. Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use, abuse, accident, neglect, or alteration is not covered. Shipment to Rock Hard Cases for repair under this warranty is at the customer's expense. Return shipment to you will be at our expense. We reserve the right to offer replacement parts and supplies instead of shipping the case back to us for repair. If there was an error made in our design or building process that makes the case unsuitable for the purpose, we will pay for the return freight and replacement or refitting of the case. Measurements and designs provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer, and this warranty does not apply to any errors resulting from customer-supplied measurements and/or designs. No warranty, express or implied, other than as outlined in the limited warranty above, is made or authorized by Rock Hard Cases.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Rock Hard Cases' liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation and request for a refund must be approved by Rock Hard Cases, and may be subject to a 5% processing fee if a credit card was used at the time of the order. If the case is to be returned for a refund, the customer shall pay for the shipping cost of both the original shipment and the return shipment.

FREIGHT POLICY:
Customer shall pay all freight charges, even though the actual charges may be more
than estimated at the time the order was booked. We reserve the right to offer a Freight Allowance if we grossly underestimate the actual freight cost. Shipment transit time is not guaranteed by Rock Hard Cases, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience due to late delivery time beyond our control.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For customers with an established account, we offer Open Account terms of Net 10 days. Other terms may apply at our discretion. For credit card users, the balance due at the time of shipment will be charged to the card provided at the time the order was placed. Customers who send a cash deposit should be prepared to send the remaining balance due before the expected shipment date. We reserve the right to delay shipment until the balance due is received. The customer agrees to pay interest on any unpaid and delinquent amounts at the rate allowed by Oregon law.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT:
The terms and conditions in Rock Hard Cases forms, order confirmations, quotations, and invoices are incorporated herein by reference and constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Purchaser and Rock Hard Cases, Inc. No variations from such terms and conditions shall be binding upon Rock Hard Cases, Inc.
